It reminds us that every encounter is unique and may never happen again in exactly the same way.
I chose the name Ichigo Ichie Kitchen because I believe food brings people together across cultures and languages. Around the same table, strangers can become friends, stories can be shared, and memories can be created.
Whether you are visiting Japan for a few days or living here for years, every guest brings something special to the experience. That is why each gathering is treated as a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
